We indulged in an in-room massage provided by Hands on Health. (Be sure to ask for Angela.) Needed the massage to reduce the tension since our room wasn't ready when we arrived (after 3pm). They offered to put us in a lesser room but we opted to wait the two hours for our suite to be cleaned. The staff was... More

Been in Dc for just few days The St Regis was THE LOCATION, we walked everywhere and the glamour, elegance and atmosphere made our getaway very special. We got upgraded to a high floor room, the room wasn't very large but decoration was exquisite! We want to thank the bellman James he was very warm and helpful, but more importantly... More

Stayed at the St. Regis last week in D.C. May 20-25. Hotel was very historical which fits the atmosphere of D.C. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. The bar area was nice, but drinks we had were watered down. The breakfast in the restaurant was really good. The rooms were very nice and quite elaborately comfortable. The... More

I expect the $8.00 cookie and the $12.00 cashews, but I didn't expect the dreadful room (view) and misrepresentation by the staff. Upon check-in and durng my call to the front desk I was told that I had been "upgraded" to a select room. If "upgraded" means that I've been given a noisey room with one of the ugliest views... More

It all started with the email from the St. Regis a few days before my stay. It was addressed from a real person and invited a response asking if they do anything for me. I sent back a note requesting a specific room and the answer was "yes" it is pre-blocked for me. I was enjoying my stay even before... More

If there were a 6 diamond rating, the St. Regis would have it. In no other hotel can a guest feel so comfortable and secure that every need will be met. A fabulous building, beautifully maintained and up to date with all of the features a business or leisure traveler may require, served by the most attentive, well trained and... More

The concierge was exceptionally helpful. I needed some items at 6:30 am at my room and did not realize it until 11pm the night before. Everything was there at precisely 6:30am. No fuss.

Upon arrival, everyone was nice and room is very nice. Not a five star hotel, service is not on par with St Regis brand We opened the door each time we entered or exited At breakfast, tables were not cleared, and at 10:30am, food tasted as if it was cooked earlier in the day. Waiter was attentive, and offered Canadian... More

I stayed here for a business trip and had a terrific time. Service is excellent as usual for a St. Regis. Absolutely spotless rooms, beds are very comfortable, little details are taken care of (soft music playing when you enter). The ground floor lobby room is amazing too. Beautiful decor--feels like you are in a very special place. I give... More

Note: profile incorrectly lists me as from DC, which is where we stayed not where we live. First review, sorry. We live on west coast. Husband and I spent a wonderful Sat and Sun night here this past weekend. I had a certificate for a two night stay from an event I attended and management kindly extended the expiration date... More
