We stayed in this attractive, well located hotel with a comfortable lobby and pleasant bar/restaurant area. The fireman's bakery behind the hotel had great coffee and breakfast stuff. the metro was very close; the staff was very friendly; there was wi fi. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

The neighborhood is at the intersection of fashionable Connecticut Avenue, and Massachusetts Avenue’s Embassy Row, so as you would expect, it is filled with wonderful restaurants, boutiques, cafe's and grassy parks; plus the Sunday DuPont Circle Farmers Market is one of the largest in the city. You are just 4 blocks from the Red Line Metro Station at DuPont Circle, and can walk to historic Georgetown, George Washington University, The World Bank, and IMF, museums, galleries, and think tanks among other points of interest.“Great place in an excellent location. I just found my new personal favorite in DC.” – Reppuillija
