Have to mention Lynn Jason at the Concierge Desk. She is unbelievably efficient. Took time to help us choose the right tour, gave advice and directions, all with a smile. Fantastic service, thank you Lynn.

We stayed at the Westin as part of a small group attending a conference at the convention center, so the hotel was a nice walking distance for us each day. If you don't mind walking, which we didn't, you're just a 10 minute walk to the metro and there were plenty of places to pick up a quick drink or... More

They have a refrigerator type unit in the rooms that will not even keep anything cool. My brother said the compressor was disconnected. My family had 4 rooms and none of the units worked. When I talked to the front desk, they said it was not suppose to make things cold only keep them as they are. They made no... More

Stayed 2 nights through Memorial Day weekend along with another couple, 2 rooms connecting both king beds on floor 9. From the moment we pulled in to the driveway we felt like this might be a less than satisfactory stay. There was a cluster of activity going on and it seemed like the valet staff were not able to handle... More

I stayed here Memorial Day weekend with my family using a priceline reservation. I am thankful that at least I paid a price that matched the quality of the hotel. The common areas need a face lift and the service was lacking. The area for drop off/pick-up is not large enough to contain the traffic and there was not enough... More

We appreciate your feedback about your Memorial Day weekend. We are happy to know that you like the in room amenities such as the Heavenly products and the central location of the hotel. Sadly from time to time, like at home, things to become inoperative and repairs take a little longer than we would like. We are actually awaiting from... More

Very good location and very clean. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Nazee from the reception and the concierge people that helped us a lot. 10 minute from the hotel you must go to Churchkey restaurant for great food and beer. It is a must! Take care that the airport shuttle will take u to the right Westin Hotel! We... More

Stayed for 2 nights while at a conference at the Reagan Center. Pretty much as expected -- up to the standards of a Westin. Feels a little out of the way as there are not many restaurants and sites "right there" but it is really quite close (15 minute walk) to the White House area. 5 minutes from the Metro.... More

Eh, we checked in really late so we ended up getting a crappy room. Only a couple of things irritated me; the room's window faced the inside/middle of the hotel so it was pretty loud at times. Another issue was our shower was horrible. We stayed 2 nights and I shower twice a day so it was terrible for me.... More

This hotel was a very nice hotel in the heart of DC. I used Priceline and paid $175 each for 2 nights, 2 rooms, which I thought was a good deal during a very busy week in DC (Police Week). The hotel lobby is nice, a little outdated but I liked it. They put out water each day flavored with... More

Greetings from the Westin Washington DC City Center. We appreciate your comments of your recent stay with us during Police Week 2012. I booked 3 nights on Priceline and had some second thoughts after reading some of the reviews. The check in process was slow but once we got to the desk clerk it was very efficient and friendly. There was a water station right by the check in desk with pineapple, strawberry & lemon flavored water available which was nice after... More
