Stayed here on a business trip with 2 colleagues. Two of had flea-infested rooms. The only redeeming feature is the hotel's location. If you can stay elsewhere, do so!

This Westin is in a great location, walking distance to Georgetown, Foggy Bottom, and Dupont Circle. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and every staff person I met was extraordinarily helpful.
