Found the hotel and then was lucky to use backbid.com to get a great deal. Located close to everything and the staff was great. The hotel was very busy with a restaurant, bar and functions. Quiet rooms!!

A modern hotel which was spotlessly clean and had helpful efficient staff. Breakfast was to a good standard and served in comfortable surroundings. The hotel is in a 'nice' part of town offering good access to get around. Was fortunate enough to get a good tariffs for our stay. Wi-fi was included.

My new favorite place to stay in DC. Located right on Dupont Circle. Close to good restaurants and the Metro. Very friendly staff. Rooms are small, but really nicely furnished (reading lights, desk, small table with chair, lamps) with nice bedding. Bathrooms have optional heated floors. MUCH nicer than staying near the Convention Center.

This hotel is a newly renovated boutique property that targets business travelers, but is certainly fine for a more varied clientele. The staff is friendly, responsive, and quite competent. The hotel is conveniently located just off of DuPont Circle on New Hampshire Ave. Comfortable bed, great front desk service and best of all: conveniently located to all major DC attractions. Metro stop is across the circle, as are Capitol Bikeshare bikes.
