Right next door to the metro and only a few blocks walk to the national mall and museums. Didn't use pool or restaurant so can't comment there. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful at every turn.

The hotel is very average for Marriotts. Positives: close to metro (Metro Center), restaurant has a great soup, staff is knowledgeable, and it is close to some very nice restaurants. Negatives: dated, fire alarm at 3am without knowledgeable staff, and not very quiet. Overall, it was an average experience and not the recharging experience Marriott advertises.

This Marriott is in a great location - walking distance to most tourist sites and right at the Metro station. Staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
