this hotel was spacious , airey, and beautifully appointed. check in staff a little sombre but in general, staff very good. room comfortable but no fridge. proximity of hotel to sightseeing opportunities excellent. a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

This hotel is right at the base of Capitol Hill. Many rooms have a gorgeous view of the Capitol and surrounding buildings. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Spring weekend at the Washington Court was very comfortable. Hotel is in good location near capitol building. Very comfortable beds. I found cheaper weakend rates by calling hotel directly. I would recommend that especially if you have a special room request. Would stay again

Simple rooms, great location. Next time I'll stay at a Kimpton but over all not a bad hotel.
