We stayed a couple of nights, room was clean, but there is no elevator up to the second floor. Breakfast was good, the guy behind the desk was helpful. The AAA rate with tax was a little over $120.00, which I thought was alittle high, as the rooms and bedding need to be updated. Otherwise it was ok.

Fresh, clean, reasonable and TOTALLY no smoking, anywhere!!! The reason I didn't give it "Excellent" is there was a rude, arrongant young man at the desk. I resented this 20 something lecturing me with a superior tone. The place is small, simple, VERY CLEAN and situated for the Mesa Market and AZOPRY.

This is the second time I have utilized this hotel and I am not sorry, comfortable rooms for the price, helpful and friendly staff. The only drawback are the hours for breakfast, however the hours are standard for the Best Western brand.

First time at a BW in many years. Thanks to TA reviews we discovered that many of them are updated and as clean and nice as any high quality chain. We stayed here one night after landing in Phoenix, easy short drive to the hotel. We found it very comfortable and clean, and a perfect launching point for the Superstition Mountains. Nice decor, nice pool, typical hotel breakfast. No complaints!

This was our first time staying at this hotel, but I am sure it won't be the last. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, large room, quiet neighborhood. We didn't take advantage of the pool or breakfast on this trip, but both looked inviting. Very happy with our 2-night stay and would recommend it to anyone.
