We arrived in Arkadelphia at night time and drove around to the area hotels in the dark trying to find a well lighted and secure area to park our car and ask about prices. We were on a family trip in July 2009. We stayed at this hotel b/c we were passing through on our way to Branson, MO. Service at the front desk was okay. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and well-stocked. We will stay again if we are in that area.

our room needed some general maintenance and cleaning , I filled out a comment card and the next morning upon check out the manager told me my complaint was not valid and he charged me $10.00 more than my confirmed reservation stated and he did not want to see my reservation, just told me wasn't his problem.
