I stayed in one of the upgraded rooms, and it was clean and very functional. No complaints. Pool was clean and refreshing. Service was friendly. I will say that Zaby's looks like a hotel in transition. This hotel was old and rundown. There was no Wifi or business center. The complimentary "breakfast" was pre-packaged muffins and coffee. Only selling point was that it was walking distance to Disneyland.

The hotel was a very reasonable price and it was very close to Disneyland. But it was not as clean as we had hoped.
