The hotel is at a great location and value is decent. Parking is extra. We had some compilations when we got to California and had to switch hotels. These guys saved us and gave us a huge discount. Fixed my birthday weekend. They treated us really well. Really appreciated all they did. The hotel is really nice and the rooms are very clean.

I loved this hotel, found the grounds beautiful, the location perfect, the rooms clean with great views of the fireworks, and blackout blinds. What more can you want? We walked daily to the parks, with my 13 year old and 5 year old. The walk is about 15 mins...not too far at all. Very safe.

The front was rude and unhelpful every time we came into contact or needed something. There was no in-room dining menu in our room and I had my son run up to front desk (to save someone the trouble) to get menu and he was told that we had to call room service and have them bring it to us.... More
