Nice quiet rooms since it sits back from Harbor Blvd. Fits 4 people no problem. Don't like paying $14 to park,when most of the other similar hotels on Harbor are free parking, but you are getting a little more quality room than the others, so it works out. I did not get the room that I booked. The room I booked online had bunk beds for my kids. My kids were really excited and then we didn't even get that room. I was over charged, if I knew I was get a basic room for 150$ I would of stayed somewhere else. I don't mind spending the money.... More

“Hidden Treasure”

Amazing Value located near Convention center and Disneyland. Had convention with Gourmet Foods Convention and brought family to go to Disney. Staff, Cleanliness and Service exceeded our expectations. My son had a slight problem with a cut toe, his own fault, and the staff was amazing how they handled the situation. They truly care at this hotel.

“Good location, basic facilities”

Five minutes drive and with in walking distance of the Disney land park. Major stores (Target) and gas stations nearby. Spacious rooms with updated facilities. Good car park (paid). Reception and restaurants needs to be upgraded, the restaurant has Ala carte menu but would be better with a full buffet breakfast offering.

“No blanket=Uncomfortable rest”

It felt like I only slept with sheets. Their idea of a blanket was 3 sheets. Also did not know there was a parking fee. I would not have stayed at this hotel had I known this. The rest of the hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly.
