OK so we were first really skeptical because of the high pricetag!! We assumed it was alot of money for a regular hotel room!! But we honestly have never been treated with so well! Every time we needed anything they bent over backwards. All the cast members were so nice . They had a way of making you feel so... More

We stayed May 2012 at the Disneyland Hotel with out 2, 4year old twins. The biggest thing with this hotel in my opinion is the convenience of getting to the Disneyland parks. I´m sure there are better deals in the hotels near by. With us we decided that the convenience with the 2 boys was worth the extra expense. The... More

We had a great experience at the Disneyland Hotel. Check in was at the main desk, but we had a special Concierge folder with information about Concierge services and the E-ticket lounge waiting for us there. There was also a personalized itinerary with all of our dinner and activity reservations listed. The cast member checking us in gave each of... More

The service we experienced was terrible. The bell boys watched and laughed at us as we struggled to take our bags to checkin counter upon arrival after a 15 hr flight. The rooms are nothing special considering what you pay and for them. Admittedly they are clean but we had problems with our toilet...it smelt and when you flush it,... More

Spent LOTS of extra money staying at the Disneyland Hotel and in the end I was left feeling underwhelmed. The beds were very firm, which meant lousy sleep.... this was not helpful after many marathon days around the parks. Our "mini-frig" wasn't cold after 24 hrs, so we called housekeeping and they told us it wasn't an actual frig, just... More

Stayed at Disneyland Hotel for 5 nights (May 21 - 26). Three adults and one 3yr old in two adjoining rooms, one room 2 queens and sofa, one king room. Room and beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and well kept. We were in Adventure Tower on the 3rd floor facing Downtown Disney but below the wall so our... More

The last time we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel was in 2010, during the hotel's massive renovation project. Now that the renovation is complete, we decided to stay a night to experience the hotel again. We were not disappointed. We arrived at 2:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon - check-in was a breeze and our room, overlooking the pool, was... More

The last time we stayed at this hotel it was under construction. I was looking forward to it being better since the construction is now complete. The new lobby is more modern but we stayed for 5 days and never saw a Disney character in the lobby, so they must of discontinued having them greet the guest which the kids... More

I feel a bit unhappy about writing this review because there is certainly nothing tconcrete to complain about in terms of what we experienced. My only issue is that for the price we paid to stay at the Disneyland Hotel I was expecting it to be a bit more "Disneyfied". The lightup headboard was lovely and the mickey hand light... More

True hospitality! Each touch from each employee was welcoming, and sincere-really creating a magical experience (even for the skeptical parents) The rooms are gorgeous and serenely cozy after a long day at the park. The location alone is a big reason to stay. We loved the pools with the slides, the bedtime stories on the tv read aloud by the... More
