I grew up just a few blocks away and I know this location well, it's perfect. But this hotel doesn't do the location justice. It's very ordinary and I thought it was quite pricey for what you get. Nothing wrong with it, I guess, but you could be in Omaha or Aptos and never know the difference at this place.
