Located directly across the beach with great views atop the sun roof and from room balconies. Ample parking at the hotel and on the street level.The staff made accommodating arrangements on a very late check-in and were always friendly and helpful. Great coffee, restaurants, and shops a block away. Yes, I would definitely repeat my stay again.

We love Avilia beach and the SLO area very much but this hotel wasn't up to par. The staff was excellent and helpful, the location was amazing, and the roof top patio was funky and fun.
