The guy at tge desk was very nice and polite.. however.. as soon as I got to the first room the bathroom floor was sticky.. I complained and he moved me. I explained I was working nights and needed something quiet.. he was very accomodating.. but then later informed me I was going to be woken up at 1 pm...
