My husband and I spent two nights here over Memorial Day weekend. It was generally fine - the room was clean except for the inside of the bathroom door, which was quite dirty. The room had two queens (we always like an extra bed to put stuff on) so it was spacious. I took a biscuit from the continental breakfast... More

I chose the Best Western for its relatively close proximity to Adams State College (graduation) and it seemed to be of average price for the area. The room was relatively clean (even though there was a slight smell of stale popcorn) but the towels were on the thin side and scratchy. Still nothing to complain about until our room wasn't... More

We traveled to this location from several hours away and arrived 30 minutes prior to check in. When we walked up to the desk, we were immediately told that we don't check anyone before the check in time. Dissapointed, we decided to pick up a couple of things at the store and return. Whe arrived exactly at the check in... More

A middle-aged hotel that has been remodeled some in the past. It was clean and the staff friendly. Quiet when we were there, but potential for being noisy depending upon the guests as it has interior doors between rooms. Breakfast was an average minimal continental breakfast. All in all a good but not special hotel. I think Best Western raised... More

Stayed here for two nights in conjunction with the Sand Hill Crane Festival in Monte Vista. It was a good value...very clean room, courteous staff, and most importantly a comfortable bed. It appeared the rooms were updated recently with modern/rustic furniture and flat screen TVs. It was quiet and we slept well.

I stayed here last year in fall, while experiencing the Great Sand Dunes National Park. You get what you pay for here. Good location, and typical 2 level motel. A great sleep. Beds are comfortable, and the heat is the rooms is great

Our stay here was very positive, as we have come to expect and find at Best Westerns. The desk clerk was cordial and efficient and offered us free bottles of water. While this is an older facility, our room was clean and well-appointed. There is a fitness center behind the lobby which has several pieces of exercise equipment, a water... More

We booked this hotel as we wanted to break the journey from Mesa Verde to Colorado Springs. It fitted the bill perfectly. Room was very clean and all in good condition. Pool was larger than most hotel pools and again v. Clean. Breakfast OK. Location is handy but a bit noisy.

I was a little worried about the hotel's condition when I booked this hotel online but those worries were put to rest once I arrived at this motel. Sure, this is an older motel (yes motel, not hotel) but it is quite good. The front desk clerk was nice and quickly had me on my way. The bed was nice.... More

We spent two nights at the BW Alamosa Inn, and had a wonderful stay. We have gotten used to BW being a solid, dependable hotel, at a reasonable price, and the Alamosa Inn surpassed these expectations. The rooms were recently redone, and you could see ongoing work to improve the property even more. If there was any downside it was... More
