The bathroom had dust bunnies, broken filthy tile, leaking ceiling with plaster falling off and the bathtub was peeling. I have stayed twice in the last two months and it's ok. Had a queen suite both times and they are spacious, but need updating. They are stuck in the 80's. Easy access to Buttermilk ski resort. Maybe 100 feet to ski lift. Ski lockers on ground floor was nice. Free shuttle to airport and downtown Aspen (2 miles away). Rooms vary. Some very generic with old tv's. Some have new carpet with flat screens. Great deal for the area and access to skiing.

We stayed there on a trip to aspen and it wasn't bad. The rooms were clean and it is pretty nice. The food is good too. Get the fish tacos!
