This is without a doubt one of the best places we've stayed in recently. Loved the suite. Great rooms. Great view. Unbelievably quiet. Staff was outstanding, including of course the famous Nedra. Easy walk to great places downtown, and a nice little Veterans Memorial park nearby. Fell in love with the town, and the Water Street made it even better.

If you are a boating person this little hotel in Apalachicola is perfect place to dock and spend the night. Walking distance to restaurants, oyster bars, stores. We've stayed at the Water Street twice and recommend it as one of the best places on the Gulf!! The rooms are clean and the view is beautiful! Also, if you need a pet friendly place to stay this is spot.

We stayed here a couple years ago and now we are going back! Was able to get the last suite available for a gathering of folks interested in keeping our rivers safe. Love this town. Loved the views from the balcony of our suite. Was able to take beautiful photographs of river scenes and sun rises.
