Great location short walk to swimming at spit, away from restaurant row but still close, Good bikes included, units are painted each low season, and ours had new appliances-blender,kettle,toaster, etc and utensils. We stayed at CCC for a week. Enjoyed having a well equipped kitchen to eat in from time to time. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Barbara has been on the island a long time and knows where to point you for your needs. The only two less-than-ideal things were the extremely hard beds and the spotty Internet access.

The building has 8 condos - four on each floor. The small complex includes a nice roof top terrace and a small swimming pool. There is no restaurant. The rooms are clean and well kept. The cleaning and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Caye Caulker Condos supplies free bicycles for use by the guests. They are in good condition.... More
