Singing Sands is your ideal place for a relaxing and quaint vacation. During the time of year we visited, it is shoulder season and not fully booked. We had the pool, bar and even the beach sometimes to ourselves. The food is amazing along with all the people that work there! We loved Edison, Domingo, and Santiago...and all the others!... More

Singing Sands is a beautiful, small resort a few miles from the village of Placencia. The best cabana is #1--it's nearest the water with a lovely view, closest access to the best hammocks, and the sound of gentle waves to lull you to sleep. The cabana was very clean and comfortable, but could have been better if there were bedside... More

We stayed at Singing Sands for 8 nights and our vacation couldn't have been more perfect. But let me start off by saying that this resort is NOT for anyone looking for a luxury stay. This resort is by no means a 5 star, posh hotel. They do not have TV's, or coffee pots, or any ameneties that you'd expect... More

Our 10 day stay with Singing Sands was the best experience we have had in Belize. The property is small and quaint and we felt that it was our own private resort. The food was the best that we have ever had in Belize...from street food to expensive resorts, Singing Sands can't be beat. The owners are extremely friendly and... More

This is a little late in coming...we were there at the same time as "Good Value". My partner and I spent three nights at Singing Sands. Let me just say the resort is postcard perfect, the staff was wonderful, and Maya and Michael made us feel very welcome. We were there during the photo shoot, and contrary to what the... More

My fiance and I spent four beautiful days at the Singing Sands Inn. We loved our little cabana (#1), right on the beach. It was quiet and private, immaculately clean and comfortable. We slept each night to the sound of the waves, and woke to the rustle of the palms right outside our door. The beach was our living room,... More

I just came back from my fourth stay at Singing Sands Inn and loved it just as much as the last three times. The food, prepared by their amazing chef Domingo, was wonderful as always. Furthermore, the service is always great, even when the hotel and restaurant are dealing with full houses. Like with any tropical area, one must deal... More

This place is beautiful. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The sand is raked daily and it is soft and wonderful. The property is smaller than it looks online, but every bit as lovely. The parking lot is across the street from the inn. There are several other hotels nearby, as well as the bowling alley. We were in Cabana 8,... More

My friends and I spent a couple nights at this hotel while waiting for a sailing charter. It was a great experience. Maya, the owner of the hotel, was amazingly accommodating to my ill prepared friends that had nowhere to stay. I'll give her 5 stars even though she told me she was expecting me to be an old man!... If life keeps giving you lemons, drink lemonade at Singing Sands. The owners and staff have the best recipe and serve it with care and a smile. I was very much in need of a week of pampering. I enjoyed my time with my cousin, while Maya, Michael, and staff orchestrated our stay. All we had to do was make... More
