We had a great double Cabana right on the beach! It came complete with a terrace and chairs, aircon, a fridge, coffee maker with coffee, borrowed some bowls and cutlery and even had our own broom to sweep out the beach sand! Evan's is a great place with clean rooms, one row off the beach next to a good restaurant. Will definately stay their on our next trip

Evan´s place is the place u want to be if u are looking for a nice, and clean place to stay in the beautiful beach of placencia! Its in the middle of everything u'll want or need! And Evan (the owner) is a really nice guy!

Evan's place is a nice place to stay for those looking for an affordable place in Placencia. You can get a room w/A/C, something you'll appreciate with the heat. March, 2005 A large beautiful, tiled room with a queen size bed and wonderful, completely modern bathroom. There is a full sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.
