The Good: Nice room. Beautiful gardens. Nice pool. One restaurant. Great service. The Bad: No hotel life. Costly food. Had to argue with front desk staff regarding my "two" rooms I booked. “A brilliant hotel: Elegant and taseful”

We are planning a trip to Guatemala and was surprised no one has reviewed this hotel. Our last stay was three years ago so with that caveat.
