After two months in Guatemala, and MANY "Guatemalan" experiences, I really needed this place, thanks tripadvisor! La Inmaculada Hotel is clean, beautiful, the staff is fantastic, they have hot water (LOL), and it's near the mall (and food court). I stayed in this hotel last night and the service, rooms, food is perfect. I regret not staying longer. Every staff was corteous. Just moved to another hotel and the service at Inmaculada is beyond excellent. Definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Guatemala City
