Stayed just one night but what a garden ! Stunning variety which attracts many species inlcuding hummingbirds and orioles. Good pool and comfortable rooms with many interesting religious artefacts. Keelbilled toucans in garden can be photographed inside their cage. Yes tour groups but friendly staff and wonderful location.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were large, the view of the lake spectacular and the gardens wonderful and varied. The one negative was the sand flies which are like gnats and bite you without your knowledge until you see the welts later. This hotel is right on the Lake Atitlan with wonderfully groomed and landscaped gardens throughout. The rooms were large and modern and very clean.
