We were in Roatan Honduras and stayed in a rental house, but we explored during the day and twice had lunch at Paya Bay Resort. The property is beautiful. The owner Lurlene was lovely and made you feel so welcome . Their diningroom is cheerful and classy . The setting is incredible, the food was so good. Lots of choices... More

Can't say it any better than the last poster. We were down there the same time as they were and enjoyed relaxing. We did do the Mangrove tour and did enjoy that. The owners and staff were great and the food good. Lobster on Sunday night was a treat and the food was good for most of the week. I... More

Just returned from 7 days at Paya Bay and can't wait to return. We booked the GEE package with all the adventures included, but ended up not wanting to leave the resort. The owners and staff make you feel like you're the most important guests at all times and were very accomodating to every request. If you want to get... More

We traveled to Paya Bay based on the recommendations from the car rental agency and I must say we were not dissapointed, though getting there is in itself quite an experience. We drove from the west end and though most of the journey is on paved roads the last 10 kls are certainly not, the road is to say the... More

Just returned from our very first visit- my wife and I stayed 2 weeks, and I "get it" about what Paya Bay is trying to do. We were "transformed" by the philosophy, the energy (Noni Smoothies!), and the dedication of the McNab family. The staff is so caring and attentive- Davinci, Tom, Marcey, Michelle, Evelyn, Mirna Salima; the cooks- Wincenia... More

We did not stay here, but stopped in for lunch. We took a drive around the island to see the sights and would have to say that this is one of the best views! Besides an incredible panoramic view, the lunch was delicious and hospitality was wonderful!

We had a great second week at Paya Bay. If it is possible this trip was better than the first. We stayed in the same room as last year, cliff side. The food was great! The key lime pie was just as good if not better than last year. The wafe got to go scuba diving three times this trip... More

We went here as part of a Holland America cruise excursion, after an island tour. It was a nice little spot, pretty and peaceful. We enjoyed a performance by a local group of children an adults, then a tasty little snack in their restaurant. We enjoyed the privacy of the beach area and found it scenic and relaxing. Downside is... More

The owners of paya bay continue to build on the perfection. This is our fifth visit. They have added the "ananda pavilion". It is a wide open, covered pavillion perched atop a bluff facing the west so you can watch the amazing sunset drop into the caribbean sea. Simply breathtaking. It made me want to throw my camera because you... More
