The Clarion TGU, Honduras has serious problems in quality of food, gym machines are damaged and lack of maintenance, and service attitude of its employees is bad and do not mind the guest.

I stayed in the Clarion Hotel from January 22 - 27th 2012, minus 1 night. Both the reception and restaurant staff were helpful, accomodating and friendly. This would have been a very decent stay if it wasn't because of the food/kitchen smell. The smell slapped me in the face when I opened the door. We stayed in this hotel with my family during a short trip to Tegucigalpa. The rate was fine, the attention at the front desk was good and corteous. The room was clean, a little bit worn out though. Wifi at the room did not work, but worked fine at the lobby.

Unfortunetly this hotel lacks customer service, i've stayed in many hotels in Honduras and this one defenetly does not meet the Hondurane friendlinest. we reserved a suite and pay highly for it. but the service we receive was that of a 2 star hotel, rooms where clean, food was ok, atmosphere boring, casino had to many local.
