I stayed at the hotel last week, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. It was very clean and good breakfast for the rate we paid. i would come back to the hotel if i was in the area.
This is a very reasonable priced hotel minutes from downtown Athens and the University of Georgia. Great service and very well kept rooms. I have stayed there for 2 years during the week for my job and can't say enough nice things about the cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality of the owners. Phillip Perkerson
Great hotel with very clean room and excellent breakfast choice.....love the sausage and gravy!

NIce clean rooms for a great price. Staff very pleasant and helpful. You can't beat the location from EVERYTHING!

It had all basic requirements for business travel, but I would not say the hotel should be rated higher than 3 stars maximum. The hotel sign is difficult to see amid all the other highway signs,...

I've done a lot of traveling and this place was the worst conditions ive ever been in. The rooms stink, bugs everywhere, shady people, and very run down.
