Candlewood suites is not worth it.One of the most expensives hotel in augusta and the hotel is outdated and in serious need of upgrades.Carpet stains on the 2nd floor.the gym is low equipped and when i asked a front desk agent about the pool. she told me i could use the pool at the neighboring hotel.i did her one better... Use to stay at Comfort Suites. This place is much better. Really a great value for the money. Staff very friendly! Bed is good and so was everything else. I highly recommend to others. They also go out of there way to help you!!!!!!

“Pleasant staff and accomodations”

Only stayed one night; check in was fine, room was clean and quiet-only issue was same as another reviewer-thermostat was a problem-could not get temperature adjusted. Would recommend hotel. Although not within walking distance, there are many chain restaurants and Publix and Krogers grocery store for food options.

Firstly, this would have been at least a 4 or even a 5 star review if it weren't for a couple of items. The hotel itself and the suite were clean and the staff was friendly.
