I've stayed at this hotel a few times when in Augusta. The hotel is not super luxurious but it has all necessary amenities. Rooms are clean and kept up. Front desk staff on check in and check out were friendly, efficient and helpful. We arrived very late with no reservation and a non-smoking room was found for us. Room was clean and sparkling, even had extra coffee available with the pot. Great high quality TV in the room. Very nice stay.

Older hotel that has had renovations. However, this is not a 2-1/2 star hotel as listed by many sites. It is a 2 star at best.
