Our daughter and Son-n-Law and my family all had reservations at this hotel. They beat us there and went ahead and checked in. Once in their room, they found the curtains partially torn from the rod, the towels were dirty and on the floor. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days on our way to Florida. The room was very clean and the front desk manager was very helpful in answering our questions.
