“Gave up after waiting too long for our room to be ready”

We made a reservation here a week to our arrival, booking a king non-smoking room. We arrived at 2pm and were told it'd be about 30 minutes until the room was ready. “Worst Hampton Inn in a very long time”

Don't believe the positive reviews. The obviously stayed on the non-freeway side of the hotel on the non-smoking floors. You know it's going to be bad when they have ear plugs by the bed. Plus, what major hotel chain still allows smoking on the property in 2012? Really? So not only could I not sleep due to very loud freeway... More

“Our Favorite!”

We love to travel and Hampton Inn's are our favorite places to stay. This Hampton Inn is by far our favorite. The rooms are updated and spotless. Then complimentary breakfast has something for everyone.The cleanliness of the entire grounds as well as the friendliness of the staff will keep us coming back again and again.

I don't know how old this place is (at least 2-3 years?), but even in that time cobwebs gather, etc. I did not find one speck of dust, hair, lint, nothing! Even behind the nightstand!
