The Comfort Inn is very clean and the front desk staff was professional and efficient. Included at breakfast were sausage and disc eggs, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, English muffins, pastries, fruit, cereal, and a waffle maker. The internet was working well. The only drawback was a bit of noise. We could hear walking in the room above us and...

We stayed a night primarily because the hotel has semi-truck parking. The property is older, but well-maintained and clean. Wifi worked great, and there were a good number of choices for the complimentary breakfast. On the downside, there is no elevator to the second floor, and no guest laundry.
The Comfort Inn in Ames, IA is conveniently located about a mile off I-35. The lobby, room, and pool areas are inviting and quiet. I found their pillows especially comfortable. Breakfast was the usual with the addition of waffles, sausage and eggs. The price was very good for this nice motel. We have stayed there before and will definitely stay...

Arragements were made for me on business. This hotel is a mid to low end brand, so don't set your expections to high on this one. However, the room is clean it has and updated tv and ac, a small fridge and a microwave. Not bad
Basically the room was comfortable, clean, well stocked with linens, quiet, up to date and staff was courteous and helpful. There was a free breakfast/brunch which was fresh and easily accessible. It was the perfect place to rest and spend the night after a long drive.
pool and hot tub was great.Front Desk Manager was very friendly.Room was clean and very roomy. Will definily stay again when we visit my parents in ames.
Run, do not walk, away from this hotel. Unfortunately for us, this is a college town and the weekend we were here was a home football game. Otherwise, we would have found other accommodations.
The first room we were in had visibly stained bedspreads leading you to wonder what kind of filth wasn't visible. The toilet seat was broken. The...

I travel allot and try to stay in a mid-range priced hotel. The only room they had was a "suite" and the cost was $118/night I'm willing to pay more if I get more.. The problem is that it was a standard room nothing special about it. I checked the web, they don't even offer a suite. When I complained...

We stayed for one night at this hotel, which is located off of I-35. We just needed a place to crash after a late night of driving, and chose this place because it looked decent. After being checked-in by the hotel clerks, who were very friendly, my husband and I were ready to get settled in. We were in room...
