I booked a week at El Farah for my husband and myself at this small, but perfectly formed Riad. I can honestly say we enjoyed every minute. The Riad has only four rooms to let, which gives it an intimate feel. We had a standard double room with an en suite bathroom, which was perfectly adequate for our needs. It... More

I booked this Riad after reading the reviews on here and I wasn't disappointed! The riad is beautiful, the roof terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun or even after the sun has set! The location of the riad is perfect, it's close enough to the main attractions (the palace's, the Jewish quarter, the tannery, the gardens, the main... More

We were pleased we booked to stay in this riad, avoiding the Eurpoean hotels in the new parts of town as everything was in walking distance. The riad itself is very relaxing with a lovely inner courtyard and roof terrace where we chilled out most days. Mohammed made us welcome and helped us arrange excursions. The trip to Essaouira took longer... More

We booked the Riad El Farah for a 3 night stay. We would recommend this riad as it is ideally located for anyone who wants to experience what Marrakech has to offer in a peaceful location! The owner, Mohammed, made us welcome and let us settle in before taking us and pointing out local attractions and directions. We had a... More

We could not fault Riad El farah. Mohammed is a gentleman through and through- he was friendly without being overbearing, giving us a warm welcome and taking us to places when we asked for his help. He took us out for the afternoon and accompanied us to bars and a restaurant, which were owned or runned by his family and... More

Many aspects of this riad are good. We were in a superior room which was large enough with additional seating. The beds were fairly comfortable and as this was February we were glad to have plenty of bedding available. The sheets and towels were of particular high quality. The architecture of the riad is lovely and it's also pretty quiet... More

We visited Marrakech for the first time in December 2012. It is like no other place I have visited before but found it fun and buzzing. If you want to experience the 'real' Marrakech then this is a great place to stay. The Riad is located amongst the maze of side streets in the Kazbar area and therefore you are... More
