We travelled here in May 2012 for 7 nights with our another couple. We found the hotel to be very good but were dissappointed with the location. Unless you got a taxi, it was impossible to go anywhere due to the heat and distance to travel. Couldn't fault the hotel at all though.

This is not what you would expect from Thomson Platinum, it's fairly basic as an all inclusive resort. The pluses are it is very clean, the entertainment staff work industriously 'from morning to night' to make sure you have the best stay, the restaurant staff are concientious, the rooms are to a good standard and the pool area is lovely....
