Hotel very nice and clean, very big attractive but however the bathroom was a big disapointment as there was only warm water and not too hot, and also we went around winter and the heater was not working properly, the private pool was dirty as no one was using it, Positives: Their is a very good cafe just next door... Me and my partner went the Morrocco for the weekend and found the country very clean but the people were very desperate for money, the hotel is very big but very quite.... The hotel has 499 rooms and it had 50 rooms occupied, there was one staff member who was sooooo helpful but the others were not so. The other... More

Hotel room nice, clean, maid service balcony view of pool lovely/ balcony of gardens would have been serene too. Corridors to rooms a bit odd/lonely. Not the Hilton but £120/2 people/4 nights with breakfast - excellent value for money. Gardens beautiful, serene & quiet with lemon/orange trees. Pool area very nice and clean, free loungers. Breakfast - good for the... More

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, it is in need of a refurb but the room was large, clean and suitable for a couple of days.

Having read very mixed reviews, we wondered which ones to believe - and found both positive and negative views had elements of truth. Our first room was rather small, shabby and rather gloomy. We asked for a change and were given a lovely, bright, spacious room with separate loo , large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool.It had, obviously,... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Morocco travel package, so had no real choice in staying here. First impressions from the foyer and the pool area was that it was a very nice hotel, deserving of the four stars it displays on the entrance gate. Once we reached our room however we were a little disappointed with... More

We stayed here in Feb 2012, our flight was delayed in taking off, so we arrived an hour late at the hotel. On arrival, we were met by the reception staff who did not appear to know anything about our booking. I showed him the e mail, he looked, looked back at his list, shrugged his shoulders and muttered.
