Maybe it was because we arrived during the music festival but we ended up paying the full rate in May. Dingy carpets, poor functioning washroom, indifferent staff. The least value place we stayed in on our entire trip. Near the train station. Poor wifi.

This hotel is well-located in that it is close to the train station. At least this allowed a quick escape after an appalling night's sleep. The hotel is next to a thumpingly loud disco, which kept us up until 4am. Apart from this the hotel was nothing special, but acceptable.

The hotel is basically ok, but could be a lot better if it only tried a bit harder. It was very hot when we arrived and the a/c hadn't been on, so our south facing room was far too hot and the a/c system couldn't cope. They gave us another couple of rooms before we got one that was suitable,... More

I consider myself a very just and thoughtful person, and I can say that this hotel was the worst I ever stayed in my entire life. If I was looking for a hostel, maybe I wouldn't complain, but when it's marked 4 stars?? The air conditioned didn't work, there were cockroaches in the WC, the bed was horrible and small,... More

Do not stay at this hotel. I was smart enough to ask to see the room first before I paid almost $100 for one night. It was disgusting. Before I saw the room I asked if there was a low season rate and the receptionist said no. While I was up seeing the room my wife heard the staff arguing... More

Morocco has some nice hotels, but this isn't one of them. Worst food I've ever tried to eat in a hotel, and we were paying half board (the company I was working for). Poor everything.

I'm assuming this is the hotel near the train station in Rabat. My apologies if I'm wrong. We got into Rabat late in the evening due to the paucity of trains from Fes. We chose the hotel based on Lonely Planet Morocco, primarily because it was close to the train station and it was listed as being a nicer hotel.... More

The entrance to this hotel is deceiving, with its marble lobby and uniformed man at the door. We entered our rooms to find an extremely filthy carpet in each one. While the rooms were more than suitably furnished, it was hard to enjoy oneself when the bathroom had a gob of something stuck to the inner handle. The sink was... More

this hotel is a complete disaster: no TV worked, the locks in the rooms didnt work, the tube of the hairdryer was missing in every room, the rooms stank from cigarettes, the dining room is much too small for all these travel groups, the bar is a somber and dark affair where you trip over your own feet, the staff...
