“Great staff, not deluxe but fine for business trip”

The grounds were very pretty and the staff were super friendly. I was here for a week during a conference at the hotel. Room was not fancy but well laid out. I enjoyed my week here but was glad I wasn't paying with my own money. My room was in a back building; nice and quiet. Colleagues staying in rooms... More

“Noisy Aruha Hotel”

Overall the Arusha Hotel is ok, certainly by African standards. The service in the restaurants and bar was dismal with orders for drinks taking as long as 45-60 minutes even though there is lots of staff. Excellent service! Charming employees. A real home from home especially after being on a long safari. A wonderful retreat.! I really enjoyed the gardens too!
