This is what it used to be the ABOU NAWAS and I got the impression that generally speaking service's got slightly worse with the change of ownership/denomination. I recently attended a conference in Tunis and the organisation who arranged this for us got us a good deal at £40 per night which was excellent value for a hotel of this standard.
