My second stay, my first was in 2009. Much better now with the brand of Golden Tulip. The rooms are clean, need better attention on the service in the outlets. Food in the new Afandi restaurant great.

This is a troubled spot and not the place for a vacation. The hotel staff are tense and anxious. Our room was large and had a view of the park behind the hotel. The dinner buffet was excellent. The Wi-Fi only worked outside of the hotel, but since I was on vacation this was not a great concern. It's a bit of walk to the center of Tunis and the medina, but a taxi ride there is very inexpensive.
