The Crown Plaza offers exactly what you'd expect from this prestigeous group even in Harare where the going is fairly tough and prices generally quite high, the Crown Plaza offers great service and a comfortable stay at very reasonable rates.

The rooms are ok, but the service is just not up to western (crown plaza) levels. The hotel is right in the centre of Harare, but the staff advised us NOT to visit the park next to the hotel.
