Having stayed here numerous times i thought it would be beneficial to write a review. The service is amazing and it is definately the nicest hotel in Harare. Its central(although wouldnt recommend walking around at night) and still has class. A real colonial hotel. Lovely stay thank you!

Stayed here many times. Due to economic situation have them benefit of doubt with respect to poor room conditions etc. however with increased occupancy over the past 2 years evident by the number of people now roaming the hotel, it's sad they haven't upgraded rooms. I stayed at the hotel for almost 4-5 months while I was at Harare for work. I had never imagined such a warm reception and such helpful people. The high tea snacks are absolutely recommended.
