A former sheraton Hotel,but these days just first views seems to be like this,service ,foods.....seems to have definite problems ,but any way u should know that hey u r in zimbabweh ,what do u expect them?!They have almost Nothing,so even so I personally even due to so many shortages I may comeback here again.

Though the hotel is old, it is maintained quite well. The looby area is amazing as you get in and you are greeted by smiles from the door me to the beautiful ladies at reception and the coffee shop. Its a very nice hotel and very strategically located. I had a good experience there, the staff is very well trained, the food was great, the room was nice and clean. It especially looks very beautiful at night with all the lights on. I could not believe i was in Zimbabwe.
