My first time in Africa was unforgettable, and Lokuthula was part of this. It's an incredible site within a stone's throw of Victoria Falls (or at least a 5 minute shuttle ride), where warthogs, monkeys and a plethora of other wildlife roam freely amongst the lodges. Accommodation was excellent, lodges were comfortable and cleaned daily and reception were very helpful... More

We spent 3 nights (Fri,Sat Sun) at these self catering lodges as a family of 7 with two children aged 2 and 4 - having previously stayed as a couple at the sister Vic Falls Safari Lodge Hotel and others previously - so we know Vic Falls area well. It was disappointing that the Lodge could not, before we arrived,... More

Loved staying here in a three bedroom lodge with seven of us in all. We didn't have any instructions or orientation and went to sleep in our room without zipping up the front canvas. We had failed to notice that the canvas could be drawn up and zipped. Then we were awakened with a phone call at 2AM and asked... More

This place is lovely, and will deff recommend to anyone else. The lodges are well equipped, (kitchen stuff in particular!) and anything that is missing, will be replaced right away if you let a staff member know. There is lots of open space around the lodges meaning you have a lot of wildlife coming through.....for example, we had Gineau Fowl,... More

We had a lovely time here, it helps that they have running hot water that never finishes no matter how many people bath before you. I loved it guys...No self catering and house keeping comes in everyday to fix you up. I loved it, well manicured lawns too...

My first advice is when you get to Zimbabwe passport control ASK FOR A MULTIPLE VISA; we did not know and found we had to pay $55 each time we wanted to take a trip either in Zambia or botswana! They are very near and lots of interesting trips go there! very frustrating and expensive! Lokuthula lodges are very well... More
