Went here for a wedding mense and the food and service were impeccable, great attention to service and decorations and food. The party was great and went off without a hitch, although we did get sick from some of the food, not too sure why because everything was well cooked, but still I will be back again

Like the other reviews have mentioned, this hotel is old and needs some serious updating. The rooms are good sized, just outdated. The Hilton Hotel in Addis Ababa must have been quite the jewel in its day however nobody has bothered to polish it for a while now. It looks old and run down and could really do with a refurbishment. The staff in certain areas of the hotel are really good yet other areas are let down by poor service.

The hotel is comfortable with the facilities one would expect of a Hilton hotel. Rooms have usual facilities including good TVs etc. But decoration of room and lobby is distinctly tired.
