Maybe it was a beautiful hotel when it opened, but today... So don't trust the website. The staff do what they can. I had to call housekeeping almost every day for something (eg for the complementary water bottle or a towel), and they always responded quickly to requests, The air conditioning worked, and there were no mosquitos in the room.... More
