The place is in an excellent location, no doubts. Bt so are the other 100 hotels there. They literally charged almost double of the prevalent rates. Luckily I moved out after a day to another cheaper and better option.

Worst of four hotels in Kathmandu area that we stayed at. Not surprising, since we needed a room last minute when our flight to Lukla was cancelled at 5pm because it was dark. Decent rooms, but .. Loud club next door keeps you up at night. Weak Internet connection only works on one side of hote. Also, when we were... More

I stayed in this hotel for one night a couple of weeks ago - I'm glad I wasn't there for any longer. The room I had was below standard and smelled stale but the worst thing about it was the nearby club which played very very loud hardcore dance music at from about 6pm until after midnight. It was so... More

Come on guys, for Kathmandu its still poor. I have seen others for the same price and there is no need to stay here. It is bad. Rooms filthy, everything dated, noise outside,( you can feel the base pumping through your floor). Breakfast is below par. The only thing they have going for them is the staff, great bunch of... I stayed here for a week. I went through an agency and paid a bit more for a nice room. I think booking on your own or directly going there to negotiate a price would be much cheaper. There was hardly anyone staying here since it was the start of low season. I know others stayed at comparably priced hotels... More

Situated in the north of Thamel, the hotel is on an excellent spot. It is a good place to stay and you can sleep very well. There is a difference between some rooms. One for instance does only have hot water (cold water tap isn't working), in another room you wake up by the noise of pigeons. But for instance... More
