PROS: The location was very good - close to shops, restaurants in Thamel, 10-15 mins walking to the Durbar Square. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, they booked Everest flight for us (it was late in the evening) and ordered taxi to the airport (500 npr). This hotel is located in the heart of Thamel which is very convenient for shopping. I was referred to this hotel by the sister hotel Hotel Family Home Pokhara. Both hotels are with good service for sightseeing arrangement. The managers Mr. Mukti (Annex 1) and Mr. Arjun (in pokhara) are friendly and helpful. I was happy with the hotel there.
