We stay here regularly because of the great location and friendly service but they should stop playing terrible 'rock' style music ! people stay here to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake and garden. The endless dum dum dum is really irritating.

We were 6 people, arriving to Pokhara after 10 days trekking, and found Fewa hotel an excellent place to rest and plan the next destination.
The rooms are very clean, generator compensates for frequent power interrupts, hot water is available most of the time (not trivial in Nepal) Mikes restaurant provides fine food…. What else can a man ask for...

After the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu, Pokhara is a joy to visit. Its key draws are the Annapurna Range and Lake Fewa - so why stay any where else except by the lake? Hotel Fewa Lake is modest and easy; we had everything we needed - clean rooms, screened veranda, tables by the lake, views to take your breath...

This hotel has a lot of good features and not good features. Overall for the price, it just doesn't cut it. First of all, the cost they charged us was $40 a night. Comparable hotels in the area went for half that, however the view of the lake is stunning but not worth twice the price (in my opinion). The...

Hotel Fewa was taken on lease by Mike Frame, of Mike's Breakfast fame, rennovated and turned around in the 1990's. He added a new wing to the hotel, comprising the "cottage rooms". These are built of local stone to an attractive design and most are suites with a separate living room area. All feature open fireplaces. As you would expect,...

Worst nights sleep we had in Pokhara. The cottages are different, however in need of some serious decoration. Great views of the lake, ruined by the fencing that runs around the hotel. The whole experience was ruined by the unfriendly staff and rock hard bed. With so many other places to stay there really is no need to stay here....

Holy cow, we spent a sleepless night in this hotel. We were going trekking the next day, so that was not a good thing for us.
We chose this hotel because it's one of the only hotels that is right on the lake. Unfortunately, Pokhara hasn't really discovered how to best utilize lakefront property. None of the other hotels or...

Look no further people, best food, best service and a location/ view which I couldn't imagine if I tried. If you're already in Pokhara then it really doesn't matter where you stay, but it could get even better if you stay here. It's hard to find and get a hold of but it's the real deal. The wife and I...

The location is absolutely amazing - walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Pokhara and right on the lake. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have full bathrooms with hot showers. Breakfast is reasonably priced and served right on the edge of the lake with a spectacular view to accompany it. The breakfast itself is delicious with the best...

Best location in Pokhara - right by the lake and great views. Staff were friendly and the food good, especially the breakfasts. Quite in the evenings so probably best to head into town for food. We stayed in one of the cottages near the lake which was great, the room had an overhead fan. It was one of the few...
