A small, friendly and well maintained hotel. Comfortable, modern rooms with lovely hot showers. Stan and his family made us feel very welcome and at home. He organised our transport and also recommended where to eat in Pokhara. Would definitely recommend the Mountain House to anybody visiting Pokhara - truly a home from home!

A very friendly small hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds, good hot showers and all spotlessly clean. It is located in a quiet area but convenient to shops, restaurants and the lake. Stan and his family and very welcoming and extremely helpful with organising trips, food, taxis etc I would definitely visit again.

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants and shops. It's very quiet. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The owners are incredibly friendly. We stayed there two days and we slept very good. You can also safely leave your luggage there during the trip to the annapurna. It was a blissful place in this beautiful setting.

The Mountain House is run by a nice, helpful Nepalese family and provides a very clean comfortable place to lay your head after a long day of sightseeing!
